  1. Request a Quote - Complete the online form or call us to get a transport quote.
  2. Approve & Pay - Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you an invoice. Make payment to confirm your booking.
  3. Booking Confirmation - After payment, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and an estimated delivery date.
  4. Delivery Coordination – The carrier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.

Please note that vehicles will not be transported until funds for both vehicle and transport are paid and cleared by Manheim. Check your Booking Confirmation email for an estimated delivery date for your specific vehicle.

Manheim and its skilled automotive transport carriers will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet any agreed delivery times for transport services. However, delivery dates and time frames for carriage are not guaranteed and in requesting our transport services you acknowledge that delays, including but not limited to delays arising from weather events, breakdowns, road closures, carrier availability and other circumstances may affect the transport services and actual delivery times. Manheim does not accept liability for, and you will not be entitled to any refund, credit or compensation as the result of, any late delivery or missed delivery dates, irrespective of the reason for the delay.

For Local Deliveries: Allow 1-2 business days from the date the order is processed
For Intrastate Deliveries: Allow 3 - 8 business days from collection, dependant on distance and location

It is important to note that any estimated delivery date provided is an estimate only. Manheim utilise a large network of reliable and professional transport suppliers to move our vehicles, and while we do our best to meet estimated transit times and delivery dates, there are times when delays are out of our control. If your vehicle has not arrived by the estimated delivery date on your booking confirmation form, please contact us on 1800 626 434 (option 5) or at buyertransport@manheim.com.au and we will work with you to get your vehicle to you as soon as possible.
When receiving any vehicle/s being transported, the receiver must inspect and sign for the vehicle/s. If there is any damage on the vehicle, this damage is to be noted by the driver on delivery. Within 24 hours, you must lodge a formal damage claim with Manheim, in writing, to buyertransport@manheim.com.au. You must provide us with all vehicle details and photos of the claimed damage. Our Transport Management Team will then investigate the claim and endeavour to have a response and, if necessary, a resolution to you within 10 business days.
